How Tactis is helping to create one of the world’s largest biomedical research platforms.

Tactis is proud to have been selected by the National Institutes of Health’s (NIH) All of Us Research Program, as its support center partner. Its mission is to accelerate health research and medical breakthroughs to enable individualized care for all of us. NIH hired Tactis to transform and operate the All of Us Support Center, to provide help desk and technical support for those needing assistance with the website and mobile app, and to field questions regarding the program.

A Data-Driven Approach

Tactis outlined a seven-step process for each task area: defining the performance and CX goals we want to achieve in each task area; establishing hypothesis for how to achieve those goals; identifying data needed and the appropriate data governance model to manage data; using our technologies to integrate with existing All of Us systems to collect data; collecting data continuously; using automated tools to analyze, communicate, and visualize data trends/insights; and providing data analysis.

The Future of Biomedicine

The All of Us Research Program seeks to create one of the world’s largest and most comprehensive precision medicine research platforms. Its goal is to build a data resource with one million or more participants who reflect the rich diversity of the United States.

Building a Data Resource

All of Us is inviting one million people across the U.S. to help build one of the most diverse health databases in history.
